Description
The Profoto Connect makes it easier than ever to create natural and appealing light anywhere, anytime. It has no buttons and only three settings: "Auto", "Manual" and "Off". In Auto mode, you simply press your camera shutter button and get a good exposure because the flash output is calculated automatically. If you find the automatic flash exposure too bright or too dark, you can fine-tune it in the Profoto app with a simple swipe. You can also make the setting on the camera if it has flash exposure compensation (often called "FEC"). If you switch the Connect to manual mode, you can adjust and control the light even more precisely, either manually or via the Profoto app. Whether you are new to artificial light sources or already have a lot of experience with lighting design: From now on, you can always generate natural, beautiful light just the way you want it.
This small, lightweight and well-designed trigger is compatible with all Profoto AirTTL flashes. But most importantly, it makes working with Profoto's natural and beautiful flash light extremely easy, so you can always focus on the most important thing - your great pictures.
The Profoto Connect package includes the Profoto Connect trigger, a charging cable (USB-C to USB-A) and a protective case.
*The Profoto app is available for iPhone (compatible from iPhone 7) and Android smartphones. All compatible devices can be found in the technical data. Only with this app can you fully control the Profoto Connect and perform firmware upgrades.
